m(A)s UNO
El Colectivo de Danza m(A)s UNO está integrado por cuatro componentes: Jessica Llano, Raquel Anguita, Jordi Soler e Isabel Raimundo, tres intérpretes a la vez creadores de sus propias piezas, que desarrollan su trabajo a través de vivencias y emociones como motor para expresarse en una búsqueda consciente a través de la danza junto a fotografía e ilustración de Isabel Raimundo, nuestro cuarto componente que nos acompaña y se integra haciendo así su propia experiencia independiente como en la exploración y fusión entre diferentes disciplinas.
m(A)s UNO propone también sumar diferentes artistas de otras disciplinas en cada presentación, que se acoplen al proyecto tanto desde el origen de las creaciones como también desde la independencia, para ofrecer una visión más amplia de las distintas maneras de expresar y transmitir esas búsquedas.
m(A)s UNO, a de más de definir la idea de sumar,también contiene en su propio nombre la palabra “aúno” que rebela la esencia de la propuesta del colectivo, que no se limita sólo a sus integrantes , sino a la suma , a la “unión” tanto de los artistas que invitan a recorrer esos universos expresivos , como a un público que se hace partícipe no sólo desde fuera , sino desde el interior mismo de las obras.
(A) Solos
A Solos es el proyecto que proponemos en este momento, tres solos de danza contemporanea que parten de un mismo motor, la soledad.
- Des de la promiscuidad: Alguien que busca una relación de pareja estable y duradera pero nunca satisfecho la abandona para conseguir aquella que cree ser mejor, aquella que cumpla sus expectativas.
- Desde el rechazo y la necesidad de ser amados nace el miedo a estar solos, nace el silencio. Esta historia quiere exponer el grabado emocional que habita en el cuerpo donde las palabras no llegan. Una pieza llena de dureza y sensibilidad.
- Desde la espiritualidad: Una danza-plegaria que recorre caminos interiores, trazados desde la caligrafía del alma, transmutándose desde una ilusoria soledad hacia la conciencia de un todo universal.
Tres solos de danza, interpretados por sus propios creadores, que conectan en esencia por ser generados a partir de un mismo concepto, el sentirse solo/a.
La búsqueda del otro, el rechazo, la negación, la aceptación y el crecimiento personal. El encuentro de uno mismo cruzando la frontera entre lo físico y lo espiritual.
Junto al proyecto escénico se presenta una exposición fotográfica que ilustra el concepto de los solos y el proceso de creación.

The Colectivo de Danza m(A)s UNO consists of four members: Jessica Llano, Raquel Anguita, Jordi Soler and Isabel Raimundo. The first three are performers, who also create their own pieces, and who develop their work through personal experiences and emotions as the engine for a conscious search through the dance; and the photography and illustration of Isabel Raimundo, our forth member, joins us and incorporates her own independent experience as in the exploration and fusion of different disciplines.
m(A)s UNO also proposes to add different artists from other disciplines to each of their performances; artists who would band together with the project, either from the origin of the creations or from an independent collaboration, in order to offer a wider vision of the different ways of expressing and transmitting those searches.
m(A)s UNO, besides defining the idea of adding (“mas” means “plus” in Spanish), also contains in its own name the word “aúno” (union), which reveals the essence of the proposals by the group, which is not limited to its members, but to the sum, the “union”, of the artists who invite to experience those expressive universes, as well as the public who participates not only as outsiders, but also from within the own works.
(A) Solos
A Solos is our current project: three solos of contemporary dancing that share the same origin, loneliness.
- From promiscuity. Someone who searches for a stable and long-lasting relationship but who, never satisfied, abandons it in order to get a better one, a relationship that would fulfill her/his expectations.
- From rejection and the need to be loved a fear to be alone is born, silence is born. This story aims to show the emotional imprint that lives in the body, where words do not reach. A tough piece full of sensibility.
- From spirituality: A dance-prayer that traverses inner paths, traced from the calligraphy of the soul, transforming itself from an illusory solitude to the conscience of the universal.
Three dancing solos that, performed by their own creators, are connected in their essence by being generated from the same concept: loneliness.The search for the other, rejection, negation, acceptance and personal growth. Finding oneself while crossing the frontier between the physical and the spiritual.
In combination with the scenic project, a photo exhibition illustrates the concept of loneliness and the creation process.
